Why is my Kirsch Cellular Shade Collection Indoor Furnishing shade not responding to the Automation remote?

  Make sure the shade has been added to a group, as it won't work with the remote until then. Verify that the correct group number is selected on the remote. Also, check that the batteries in the remote are correctly inserted, are fresh, and that the LEDs backlight fully when the STOP button is pressed.
