Heat Sources
Safe for use on all cooking surfaces, including induction.
Innovative Induction Technology
Our non-stick cookware is equipped with an innovative induction
technology, which provides quick and even heat distribution regardless
of the type of cooking surface. Even when cooking on a non-induction
cooktop, this cookware will provide quick and even heat distribution, which
is dierent from traditional aluminium cookware suitable for induction.
Recommendations for use of induction equipped cookware
• Induction cooktops develop a very intense heat in a very short time.
Cookware equipped with our innovative induction technology will heat up
very quickly on induction cooktops.
• The diameter of the pan’s base should be equal to the size of the
induction element. If the pan is too small, the element may not sense the
pan and will not activate.
Using the Glass Lid
• Avoid extreme temperature changes when using glass lids.
• Do not submerge a hot lid in cold water.
• If a lid vacuum occurs, do not attempt to remove the lid. First, turn o the
heat source and move the entire pan away from the burner. Then, slowly
release the lid.
• Do not use glass lids that have cracks or scratches. If your lid is cracked
or has deep scratches, breakage can occur spontaneously. Please
contact the Customer Service to order a new lid.
• Do not place glass lids directly on top of or directly under heating
elements.
Handles and Knobs
• Loose handles – periodically check handles and knobs to be sure they
are not loose. If the handles become loose, do not try to repair them.
Please contact Customer Service for a replacement.
