The ceramic cooktop features a smooth, streamlined surface for ease of cooking and clean-
ing. However, because ceramic cooktops operate differently than standard coil surface unit
cooktops, you should review this section carefully for proper use.
Power on/hot surface lights
One of the Power On/Hot Surface Lights on
the control panel glows when a surface unit
is turned on or is hot. The top light works
with the rear surface unit, while the bottom
light works with the front surface unit.
Surface unit markers
The solid dot in the surface unit marker
shows which surface unit is turned on by
that knob.
