Use
Using the cooktop’s downdraft vent system
removes cooking vapors, odor, and smoke.
Always turn on the vent fan when using the
grill.
When using surface units or burners, turn
the Vent Fan control knob clockwise to HI or
LO. You will hear a click when the fan comes
on. Turn counterclockwise to turn the fan OFF.
The fan filter must be in place for the fan to
operate properly.
NOTE: Extend cooking times as needed
when using the downdraft vent system.
