Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons
powdered sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla
Place cream in medium bowl. Beat on Speed 3
about 30 seconds, or until soft peaks form.
Continuing on Speed 3, gradually add powdered
sugar and vanilla. Beat about 30 seconds, or until
stiff.
Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).

VARIATIONS:
Amaretto Whipped Cream
Substitute 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur for the
