TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Note: If the problem cannot be corrected, See the “Warranty and Service” section.
Do not return the Hand Mixer to the retailer; retailers do not provide service.
Problem Solution
If the Hand Mixer fails to start:
Check if the Hand Mixer is securely plugged into an
outlet.
If you have a circuit breaker box, make sure the circuit is
closed.
If the problem cannot be fixed
Then contact KitchenAid or an Authorized Service

The storage bag can be washed in the
washing machine on warm, tumble dry low.
