Glass Bowl Tips for Bowl Lift Models
Tips for using Glass Bowl for KitchenAid Bowl-Lift Models
Bowl-Lift Glass Bowl Tips
The Glass Bowl is designed exclusively for use with the KV25, KP26, KSM652, and KSM758 KitchenAid bowl-lift
Stand Mixers.
For complete information on using these Stand Mixers, please read the "Instructions" manual that came with your
Stand Mixer.
Before Using
Your Stand Mixer is individually adjusted at the factory for optimal performance.
When using the Glass Bowl, it may be necessary to readjust the beater-to-bowl clearance.
When correctly positioned, the handle and pour spout should not touch the pedestal of the Stand Mixer.
Please refer to the Stand Mixer "Instructions" for complete information on adjusting the beater-to-bowl clearance.
NOTE: The "Dime Test" works for stainless bowls only, not glass or ceramic. Due to the nature of glass manufacturing,
the clearance will be slightly different, and adjustments should be made without the dime until satisfied with mixing
performance. It may take somewhat longer for yeast dough ingredients to come together in a glass bowl.
