  If your KitchenAid Kitchen Appliance displays ERROR02 at the end of a cycle, with the symbol remaining on or flashing, it indicates that the product inserted is too hot or contains too much liquid. Remove the product from the vacuum chamber and re-insert a vacuum bag with the correct quantity and temperature of food (refer to the table in the Preliminary Notes chapter). Repeat the function. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.

  If during a cycle the symbol comes on, accompanied by an audible signal, and Display ERROR03 on your KitchenAid Kitchen Appliance, it indicates that the vacuum is not activated, the lid has not been closed, there is dirt on the seal of the lid, the lid seal is broken, the pump won’t start, or the pump protection has been activated. Gently press the lid to activate the vacuum. Clean the tray and the seal. Contact the Technical Support service for replacement.

  If during a cycle with an external container, the symbol comes on accompanied by an acoustic signal and Display ERROR03 on your KitchenAid Kitchen Appliance, it indicates that the lid of the external container is not positioned correctly or the external suction device was not properly connected. Correctly position the lid of the external container and properly connect the external suction device to the packaging machine and the container.
