Troubleshooting
No sound
Either the audio cables are not connected or the speaker is not in the
correct mode
Ensure that the cables are connected and use the remote control to
select the correct mode
Ensure the audio output is set correctly on your devices
With everything connected correctly, turn the Chorus off at the wall,
wait for 60 seconds then turn it back on
No power
The Chorus is not connected to the mains power or the mains socket
is not switched on
Remote control not working
The remote control is further than 8 metres from the unit
The batteries in the remote control are flat and need replacing
No sound in Bluetooth mode
A Bluetooth connection has not been established or there are no
video/audio files playing
Ensure that Bluetooth is connected and press play on the video/
audio files
Check that the volume is up on your device and the Chorus
Sound is distorted
The volume is too high on your device
There is an EQ on your device that is enabled

8. Ensure that all cables are connected to the Chorus
9. Attach the Chorus to the screws by sliding the brackets over the screws
5. Drill the dots using a 8 mm drill bit (depending on how soft/hard
your walls are)
6. Insert the dowels into the drilled holes
7. Screw both remaining screws into the dowels ensuring they are
protruding 5 mm from the wall (see image below)
