Connect the ceiling plate to the heavier top piece by twisting clockwise.
Attach the middle piece by squeezing its fat end onto the skinny end of the bottom piece.
Attach the top piece by squeezing its fat end onto the skinny end of the middle piece.
Unscrew and extend the top piece so the entire pole reaches 2" higher than your ceiling.
Prise the pole upright between floor and ceiling to compress the top piece and wedge it firmly.
This pole cannot support your full body weight as it is not a professional dance pole.
Do not use the pole while under the influence of alcohol or banned substances.
Avoid using near sharp objects, open flames, or open stairs; do not extend pole more than 2" above ceiling.
