Cleaning the heat exchanger tubes
Each time you put the oven into operation, slide and pull the ash cleaning rod
in and out several times to clean the pipes and improve heat exchange.
Cleaning the re protection panel in the upper chamber
Every 2 weeks before putting the oven into operation, move this plate slightly
upwards and forwards by hand. Take out the plate, remove the ashes and put
the plate back in. Pay attention to the three locks when reinserting the plate.
