Enable and disable Child lock
To prevent children from accidentally switching on the hob or changing the settings
Press and hold the [Child lock] button for a few seconds. The Child lock indicator lights
up and the hob does not respond to changes in power level, temperature or timer. You
can press the [Child lock] button when the hob is on or when it is off.
Note: When the Child lock is on, only the [ON/OFF] button will respond.
To cancel the lock, press and hold the [Child lock] button for at least 3 seconds until the
light goes out and the function is released.
