Accessory Description

The Measuring Cup

Measures ingredients, avoids splashing, prevents heat loss, and allows adding liquid.

Jar Cover

Closes the jar, activates safety sensor, and has a silicone seal to prevent overflow.

Blades Holder

Used to attach the blades to the jar by inserting and turning clockwise to lock.

Jar

Holds up to 2 liters, has scaling marks, and requires proper fixing for operation.

Blades

Pivots for centering, holder locks clockwise. Handle with care as blades are sharp.

Kneader

Attaches to the jar using the blades holder. Do not start machine if not fixed properly.

Steaming Basket

For cooking ingredients not meant for mixing or crushing; used for filtering broths and juices.

Steaming Trays

Used for steaming large food items. Handle with caution due to high temperatures.

Spatula

Removes food from jar walls, empties jar, and removes steaming basket. Avoid center hole use.

Butterfly

For whipping cream and egg whites. Do not use above speed 4.

Control Panel and Operation

1. ON/OFF Setting

Connect to mains, enters standby mode. Press ON/OFF to turn off/on or start working.

2. Auto Protection

Product won't work if jar is incorrect. Programs auto-save. CAUTION regarding burns from release button.

3. Basic Operation

Use selectors (Temp, Time, Speed) and +/- buttons to adjust parameters and start cooking.

4. Menu Function

Select from 10 default dishes. Choose dish, icon flashes, press again to move, ON/OFF to start.

5. PULSE Function

Press PULSE button; speed increases 1-11. Speed decreases on release. Good for hard ingredients.

Default Programs

Dough

Select MENU, choose DOUGH. Ingredients: 500g flour, 230g water, 10g oil. Wait 8 mins at Speed 2.

Mix

Select MENU, choose MIX. Mixes mashed potatoes, cuts soft food. Examples: Apple/Pear, Kale, Potatoes.

Chop

Select MENU, choose CHOP. Cuts onion, carrot, cheese. Examples: Carrot (700g), Onion (50-200g), Cheese (200g).

Blend

Select MENU, choose BLEND. Blends sugar, wheat, chocolate. Examples: Chocolate, Bread, Garlic, Nuts.

Grind

Select MENU, choose GRIND. Grinds coffee beans, spices; blends smoothies; chops hard food.

Whisk

Select MENU, choose WHISK. Whisk butter, egg whites. Default: Speed 4 for 4 minutes.

Milk

Select MENU, choose MILK. Warms milk or makes hot chocolate. Default: Speed 2, 12 mins, 80°C.

Cook

Select MENU, choose COOK. Cooks soup. Example: Tomato soup with eggs. Default: Speed 2, 20 mins, 100°C.

Steam

Select MENU, choose STEAM. Steams foods like carrot, broccoli. Needs water. Time varies by quantity.

Saute

Select MENU, choose SAUTE. Sauté onion, garlic, meat. Example: Lentinus Edods Sauce.

Cleaning and Care

How to Clean the Jar

Remove blades, wash jar. Avoid dipping in water or using dishwasher. Clean outside with soft cloth.

How to Clean the Blades and Kneader

Hold tail, wash with brush or in dishwasher. Handle blades carefully; avoid long dishwasher cycles.

How to Clean Steaming Trays

Use soft cloth and gentle cleanser. Do not use sharp items or iron blush to prevent scratches.

How to Clean the Main Machine

Unplug first. Use soft cloth and gentle cleanser. Be careful with water to avoid machine moisture.

Troubleshooting

Machine Cannot Work

Check plug insertion and jar cover joint. Ensure the jar is correctly inserted.

Machine Cannot Heat

Verify the machine display shows '000'.

Machine Stops Suddenly During Working

Check for relevant Error Codes displayed on the screen.

Error Codes

Explains codes E1 (jar insertion), E2 (temp sensor), E3 (motor overload).

E4 Error Code

Motor overload due to excessive food or long operation time. Reduce food or add liquid.

E7 Error Code

Jar bottom overheating. Check for boil-dry, adjust speed, or add water as needed.
