COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
Before the rst operation
Before using the machine to prepare coee, run only water (without lter and
coee) during the rst run.
1 Insert the plug into the socket.

Fill the jug with cold water. Pull the water tank cover up and pour the
water from the jug into the tank. Replace the water tank cover.
3 Place the jug back in its position.
4 Press the On/O switch to start the cycle.
Coee preparation

Fill the water tank. The water level should be below the MAX mark. The
scale on the tank and on the jug indicates the number of cups.

Turn the funnel housing to the left, insert a lter and ll it with ground
coee. Use about 6-7 g of medium-ne ground coee per cup.
3 Turn the funnel housing back into the machine.
4 Make sure that the jug is properly seated.

Switch on the machine. The power indicator will come on to show that
the machine is on.
6 After the coee is ready, turn the machine o and remove the jug.

If the machine is not turned o after making coee, the machine will
automatically turn o after 40 minutes.
