Enjoy your fresh popcorn in many ways:
• Regular cinema-style popcorn: Add butter and salt.
• Sweet popcorn avour: Add a pinch of sugar and salt to the popcorn.

Parmesan popcorn
• 16 cups of popcorn
• 1 teaspoon garlic
powder
• 3 green onions, nely
chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon ground
pepper
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese,
grated (more or less
depending on taste)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil,
heated
• Prepare the popcorn in your popcorn
machine as described above.
• Mix together the garlic powder, scallions,
pepper, sea salt, and Parmesan cheese and
set aside.
• In a large mixing bowl, drizzle hot olive oil
over the popcorn. Swirl everything well.
• Gradually add the dry ingredients, stirring
constantly until the popcorn is well coated.
Alternatively, you can spread the dry
ingredients over the popcorn in a large
paper or muslin bag.
Classic popcorn balls
• 1/2 cup popcorn
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 1/2 cup granulated
sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• Prepare the popcorn in your popcorn
machine as described above.
• Combine the corn syrup, sugar, and salt
in a saucepan and melt the mixture over
medium-high heat, about 3 minutes.
• Put the popcorn in the pot. Keep stirring and
tossing the popcorn throughout. Take the
pot o the stove.
• While the popcorn mixture is still warm, use
the melted butter to form individual balls
out of it.
• Wrap each popcorn ball in cling lm, seal
and store at room temperature.
