Vacuum any ash which has deposited above the combustion chamber, above and around the entire oven
(figure 3). In
addition, vacuum any ash deposited within the combustion chamber and the smoke deflector; accessing the smoke
deflector using the vacuum hose. Also vacuum ash deposited below the cooking hotplate located above the oven as
indicated in the image (figure 4). After cleaning, reassemble the components which were removed.
