Why won't my Kodak Digital Photo Frame turn on?
    • M
      mcguirekimberlyJul 26, 2025
If your Kodak Digital Photo Frame won’t turn on, the backlight might be off. Try pressing any button and wait up to one minute for the frame to power on. Alternatively, there may be no power to the frame. Unplug the power cord from the wall and plug it into a working power outlet. Then, press the Pictures/Channels button and wait up to 1 minute. If you're using a surge protector, remove it. Also, check if the power outlet is connected to a wall switch.

What to do if there is no thumbnail view of a picture on Kodak Picture Frame Digital Photo Frame?
    • J
      Jennifer WestJul 31, 2025
If there is no thumbnail view of a picture on your Kodak Digital Photo Frame, it could be because the image file lacks EXIF information, the directories of older digital cameras might be incompatible with the frame, or the image file/card may be corrupt. Try using a version of the picture that hasn't been manipulated. To check if the file or card is corrupt, try displaying another picture from the same card or pictures from a different card.

What to do if my Kodak Picture Frame does not advance to the next picture?
    • S
      smithtaylorAug 5, 2025
If your Kodak Digital Photo Frame isn't advancing to the next picture, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if there's only one picture in the frame. Press the Menu button, then select Copy to view picture thumbnails. If only one thumbnail appears, you only have one picture loaded. Another reason could be that you're viewing high-resolution pictures from a COMPACTFLASH Card, which may take longer to display. If a picture takes more than 5 minutes to appear after pressing the right arrow button, remove the card and try again. Finally, you might be in Still display mode. Press either arrow button to advance to the next picture.
