focus,
the tinted

can be used only on still subjects.
To
focus
the camera without using the
range
finder,
estimate the distance by eye;
then move
the
focusing
knob to bring the
proper
distance
to the
FocusrNc
rNDEx.
The
numbers
on the
FocusrNc
scALE represent
the camera-to-subject
distance in
feet.
When
using infrared film,
use the
red dot for
the
index instead
of the
regular
index.
The two
small circles on the
focusing
scale
are for
the ts'o standard
settings
