Kahler Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that each new engine will be free of manufacturing defects in materials and
workmanship for the applicable coverage period set forth below, beglnning on the date of purchase; provided the engine is operated
and maintained in accordance with Kahler Co.'s instructions and nianuals.

such part or parts as found tobe defective following an inspection by/Kohler Co. or an authorized servioe facility designated by Kohler

Mufflers on engines used commercially (non-residential) ane warrant~d'.for one (1) year from date of purchase, except catalytic ni~!llers,
which are warranted for two (2) years. · - :. , .
EXCLUSIONS: ,
The following items are not covened by this warranty.- .!
• Damage caused by: (i) an accident or casualty; (ii) unreasonable t/~e or neglect; (iii) normal wear; (iv) premature wear fnom improper
maintenance; (v) impnoper storage; (vi) old or contaminated fuel leffwithin the fuel system, which includes but is not limited to tanks,
fuel lines, carburetors or fuel injection components.
• Failures caused by: (i) faulty repairs made by any party other tlian Kphler Co. or an authorized service facility·designated-.by Kobler
Co.; (ii) use of non-Kahler replaoement service parts; or (iii) an act qeyond the control of Kohler Co., which includes but is not limited to
thefl, vandaUsm, flne, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, volcanic eruption, flood or tornado.
• Transportation charges in connection with lhe repalr or replacement of defective parts.
• Engine accessories such as fuel tanks, clutches, transmissions, power drive assemblles, and batteries, unless supplied or installed by
Kahler Co.

• Rental of equipment during performance of warranty repairs. ,

Fuel, lubricating eil, air filters, eil filters, spark plugs or coolant/antlfr~eze.

PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF Tl:US WRITTEN WARRANTY. KOHLERCO. MAKES NO OTHER
EXPRESS WARRANTY, NOR IS ANYONE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE,ANY ON KOHLER CO.'S BEHALF. KOHLER CO. AND/OR THE
SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDtNTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
