Cleansing Functions
Symptoms Probable Causes Recommended Action
1. There is no
water flow.
A. The seat sensor is
not detecting the
user.
A1. Small children may
be too light to be
detected by the
sensors.
A2. Shift your position
on the seat. The
sensors are located
on the front of the
seat.
B. The water is not
turned on.
B. Open the water
supply stop all the
way.
2. The water
pressure is low.
A. The filter screen is
clogged.
A. Clean or replace the
filter screen. See the
″Clean the Filter
Screen″ section for
instructions.
B. The water supply
stop is partially
closed.
B. Open the water
supply stop all the
way.
3. Water stops
flowing from
the spray wand
before I am
finished
cleansing.
A. One minute after
pressing one of the
spray icons,
washing
automatically
stops.
A. Press the [rear] or
[front] icon again.
B. The user shifted
position and is no
longer detected by
the seat sensor.
B. Shift your position
on the seat. The
sensors are located
on the front of the
seat.
4. Dripping
sounds are
heard before
and after using
the cleansing
functions.
A. The unit is running
through the pre- or
