General Features

C. The LED power
indicator is off.

loose or
disconnected.

3. The seat is
loose.
A. The mounting
plate fasteners are
loose.
A. Tighten the fasteners.

Cleansing Features

1. There is no
water flow.
A. The water supply
stop is closed.
A. Open the water
supply stop.
B. The seat sensor is
not detecting the
user.
B. See activating the
seat information in
the Operation

2. The water
pressure is low.
A. The filter screen is
clogged.
A. Clean or replace the
filter screen. See the
Cleaning the Filter
Screen section.
3. Water stops
flowing from
the spray wand
before
cleansing is
complete.
A. Washing
automatically stops
one minute after
pressing a spray
icon.
A. Press the FRONT
or REAR icon to
restart cleansing.
B. The seat sensor
does not detect the
user.
