Why doesn't the deodorization fan work on my Kohler toilet?

  If the deodorization fan on your Kohler toilet does not work, it might be because the seat is unable to sense the human body; adjust your sitting gesture or sit on the toilet again. Alternatively, the stop button may have been pressed by mistake during operation; if necessary, please leave for about 2 seconds and then sit on the toilet again. Also, the Auto Deodorization function might be deactivated; review the section on "Guide on remote controller setting".

Why does the cover fail to close or open on my Kohler toilet?

  If the cover of your Kohler toilet fails to close or open, the seat might be covered by foreign matters or the seat is wet; remove the foreign matters or dry the seat. Another possibility is that the toilet cover was interfered with by people during the open/close process; use the remote control or manually open/close the cover until it works properly.
