partsincriticalsystemsofallKomatsuequipment.Criticalsystemsincludebutarenotlimitedtosteering,braking
andoperatorsafetysystems
Replacementpartsmanufacturedandsuppliedbyunauthorizedsourcesmaynotbedesigned,manufactured
orassembledtoKomatsu'sdesignspecications;accordingly,useofsuchpartsmaycompromisethesafe
operationofKomatsuproductsandplacetheoperatorandothersindangershouldthepartfail.
KomatsuisalsoawareofrepaircompaniesthatwillreworkormodifyanOEMpartforreuseincriticalsystems.
Komatsudoesnotgenerallyauthorizesuchrepairsormodicationsforthesamereasonsasnotedabove.
Useofnon-OEMpartsplacesfullresponsibilityforthesafeperformanceoftheKomatsuproductonthesupplier
anduser.Komatsuwillnotinanycaseacceptresponsibilityforthefailureorperformanceofnon-OEMpartsin
itsproducts,includinganydamagesorpersonalinjuryresultingfromsuchuse.
