What to do if my KOMFI-RIDER 4000 Scooter does not move?

If your KOMFI-RIDER Scooter isn't moving, there are several potential reasons: 1. The key-switch might not be turned to the “ON” position. Turn the key-switch to ”ON”. 2. The main circuit breaker could be tripped. Reset the circuit breaker. 3. The brake release lever might be in “Freewheel Mode”. Place the lever to “Drive Mode”. 4. The charger might be connected to the outlet and charge socket. Disconnect the charger. 5. The battery power could be low. Recharge the battery. 6. The battery harness might be loose or unplugged. Plug the harness into the connector. 7. The scooter might shut down to conserve battery. Cycle the key-switch “OFF”, then “ON”. 8. There might be a controller error. Check the Status Lamp for Flash Code (See Table 2 to get solution).
