    What to do if my KOMFI-RIDER Vogue Scooter does not move?

      If your KOMFI-RIDER Scooter isn't moving, there are several possible reasons: 1. The key switch might not be turned “ON”. Ensure that the key switch is in the ”ON” position. 2. The main circuit breaker may have tripped. Try resetting the circuit breaker. 3. The brake release lever could be in ‘Freewheel Mode’. Make sure the lever is placed in ‘Drive Mode’. 4. The charger might still be connected. Disconnect the charger from the outlet. 5. The battery power might be low. Recharge the battery. 6. The scooter may have shut down to conserve battery. Turn the key switch “OFF”, then back “ON”. 7. There might be a controller error. Check the Power light for a Flash Code to identify the issue.

      There are several reasons why your KOMFI-RIDER Scooter might have a shorter range than expected: * You might not be charging it frequently enough. Try charging your scooter more often. * The battery could be defective or worn out. Have the batteries load tested and replace them if necessary. * Cold weather can reduce battery life. Allow the batteries to reach room temperature before fully recharging them. * The charger itself might be defective.
