Mount the air handling unit on the kitchen hood.
Inspect the rotary heat exchanger for rotation, belt tension, and damage.
Clean fans, check rotation direction, balance, and connections.
Inspect and clean the air heater, checking fixings and wiring.
Change air filters when indicated, ideally twice a year.
