L. First Call to the vCare System
1. Select [Basic Settings] from the [HTTP (Simplex) Setting Menu screen
2. Select First Call.
3. After waiting 5 minutes, the display should change from
Calling center now <First Time> to Finished normally <Response>.
4. After the “Finished normally <Response> appears press ID Code:
5. Enter your Seven Digit Number (This Number is designated for each technician).
Note:
Recommend using your current Tech Number and adding 1’s to complete
Seven Digits.
