Temperature key
• 1. Click the temperature button to increase or decrease the temperature (temperature increment is 5°C at a
time). With each press, the buzzer will beep.
• 2. Holding down the temperature button will increase the temperature by 5°C at a time, up to a maximum
temperature of 210°C and a minimum temperature of 80°C.
• 3. It should be noted that the temperature adjustment once reached the maximum value (210°C), continuing
with pressing the button will start the adjustment again from the minimum value (80°C).
Timer button
• 1. Press the button lightly to increase the cooking time by 1 minute. With each press, the buzzer will beep.
• 2. By gently pressing the timer button continuously, the time will increase by 5 minutes at a time, with a
maximum time of 65 minutes and a minimum time of 5 minutes.
• 3. It should be noted that the timer adjustment once it reaches the maximum value (65’), continuing with the
key press will start the adjustment again from the minimum value (5’).
Heat maintenance button “Scalda”
- Press the heat maintain button to activate the function. The default timer is 2 hours and “bb” will be
displayed. The maximum time interval is between 5 minutes and 2 hours, and can be set by pressing the
“Warm” key with time increments of one minute. The temperature is not settable and will be kept fixed at
60°C.
Programming button (Programmed start) “Timer”
- After choosing the desired type of program, press the programmed start button (Timer) to set the delay
time for the startup of the fryer. The preset time interval, is 30 minutes and can be set from a minimum of 30
minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. To disable the programmed start-up function, press and hold the “Timer”
button. The fryer, once the preset cooking program is completed, will turn o the heating element, while the
fan will continue to run for another 30 to 40 seconds in order to dissipate the residual heat in the cooking
basket.
