TO KNOW BEFORE USE
Some parts of the product have a protective coating of oil on the surface (harmless to health) and
should be cleaned before using the air fryer for the first time.
1. Use dish soap to clean the inside of the fryer and grill, then wipe the side wall and bottom of the
compartment with a wet rag;
2. Set the fryer to 180°C, start it empty for 15 minutes to dissolve the protective oil, and rinse with
water after vacuum cooking.
Note: Smoke may be emitted from the fryer during this step.
3. Add the lemon slices/orange peel/grapefruit peel and bake the peel at 180 degrees for 15
minutes to get rid of the fryer smell!

USING THE AIR FRYER
• After plugging the plug into a powered outlet, the Start/Pause Key will begin to flash.
• Continuous gentle pressure with one finger (for two seconds) on the Start/Pause Key
will activate, both
the digital display showing the value “8888” and the keys related to the 5 preset cooking programs, touch
gently the desired one.
• In the event that the specific cooking mode is not available for the ingredients used, it is possible, after
selecting any program, to adjust the time and temperature required for cooking by acting on the temperature
control button a
and/or the timer button as explained below
