Spicy chicken wings
Ingredients
500g chicken thighs, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp chili powder, 10g spring onion,
1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 3 slices fresh ginger.
Steps:
1. Adjust fryer temperature to 180°C (350°F) and preheat for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the minced garlic with the wine, soy sauce, fresh ginger and spring onion. Season with salt
and drizzle with oil.
3. Dip the chicken into the mince and let it marinate for 20-50 min.
4. Place the pan in the deep fryer and arrange the chicken on it. The preset cooking time is 30 min
but can be adjusted according to the amount of food and personal preference.
5. Cook the chicken until the chicken is browned.
Note: Is it possible to add additional/dierent spices according to personal taste.
Fried fish
Ingredients:
500 grams fish, 1 tablespoon salt, lemon to taste, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 5 slices ginger, a little wine
and vinegar, a pinch of pepper, and 10 g spring onion.
Steps:
1. Preheat the fryer to 160°C for 5 min.
2. Clean the fish, remove the bone and internal organs then rinse in water. make small surface cuts
on the surface the size of 1 cm. Let the fish marinate with the other ingredients for 30-50 min
3. Place the pan in the fryer and lay the fish on it.
4. Cook until this is browned.
Note: Additional spices can be added according to taste.
Spicy shrimps
Main ingredients: 10 shrimps (if frozen, thaw them), 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic,
black pepper and chili powder to taste.
Steps:
1. Adjust temperature to 160°C and preheat for 5 min.
2. Clean the intestines of the shrimps and rinse them under water.
3. Let the shrimp marinate with the other ingredients for 20 min.
4. Lay the shrimps in the baking dish. The default cooking time is 12 minutes (you can adjust time
and temperature according to personal preference.) Cook until the shrimp are crispy.
Note: Additional spices can be added.
