7. After notice to be cut down power, please do not add more food to the freezer. Before the power
cutting down, operate the freezer continuously to fully freeze the food. After the power o, do not
open the door as possible as can in order to keep the food in a lower temperature for a long time
NOT ABNORMAL
1. When the ambient humidity is too high, the outside cabinet or door sometimes will form a layer
of condense. Dry it with cloth.
2. The sound of gurgling water will be heard occasionally. This is the sound of refrigerant flowing
through the tubes.
3. When operating, it is normal the condenser, compressor or outside cabinet of flat-back freezer
will be hot.
4. When more food is stored at a time, the compressor will operate for a longer time without
stopping.
NOT ABNORMAL
Problem Troubleshooting
1. Not operating The power plug is not OK. The power is cut o. The fuse is broken.
The thermostat knob is on the O grade.
2.The temperature is not
enough.
The door doesn’t close. The knob is not in the required grade. The
freezer is in the sunlight or near the heat source. There is too much
dust on the condenser and compressor. Too much food is to be
stored. There is too thick frost.
3.Not stopping operating The knob is on the On grade. There is stored too much hot food for
once. The ambient temperature is too high.
4.Large Noise The floor is not flat or solid. The freezer dose not be placed evenly.
The condenser touches the tube or other things.
If there is something wrong with the freezer, check it according to the instruction. When you could
not solve, please contact with the supplier or the local service station. Never disassemble it by
yourself!
