3. Leave the lid open when the frost layer begins to melt and becomes soft, remove the frost with the
defrosting scraper.
4. Pull out the cock at the bottom of the freezer. The defrosted water will flow out.
5. Finally dry the inner wall of the appliance. Turn on the appliance, then put back the frozen food
stus.
CAUTION
Never use electric heater or a sharp metal tool to remove the frost
otherwise it will damage the evaporator.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Periodical and proper maintenance will ensure a longer life and a high eiciency for your freezer.
Before performing the task of cleaning and service, you must pull out the plug.
2. Periodically remove the dust from the compressor with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush. The same
task should be performed on the condenser. Never damage the fin of the condenser, or make it out
of shape (if this happens, make it to its former position).
3. Clean the inside and outside of the appliance, you can use the clean, soft cloth dampened in
warm water added in some non-corrosive moderate detergent, then clean the appliance with a dry
cloth. Never use hot water and corrosive detergent or organic solvent.
4. About the gasket cleaning, you can use 10 times of the water diluted bleaching agent to clean the
gasket, then wipe the residue.
5. If the appliance not be used for a long time, disconnect the power first, then clean the appliance
outside and inside, leave the door open for a few days till the inner totally dry. It’s not recommended
that the appliance should be out of use for over six months.
6. Much more attention should be paid on the power cord to see if there is rift or scratch on it. If
there is some damage with power cord, to avoid danger, the power cord must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its maintenance department or other similar professional sta.
INSTRUCTION:
1. When using, the door should be opened as fewer as possible, and shorten the opening time to
save energy.
2. Once the power supply is cut o or stop operating, do not switch on until at least 5 minutes later,
or it will aect the performance of the compressor even to damage.
3. The stored food should be divided into small blocks. There is also space between them for
circulation. Please do not store too much food once.
4. Each kind of food can be wrapped in clean and non-poisonous plastic bags, especially the acid
and alkali food, in order to keep the inner cabinet from corrosion. It also keep smell from mixing,
reduce moisture and frost.
5. Quick-freezing can keep the nutrition and fresh of food better. When freezing the fresh
food,please turn the thermostat knob to the quick-freezing grade or turn on the quick-freezing
switch. According to the kinds and amounts of stored food, the freezer should operate 3-24 hours
continuously. After the food frozen, turn the knob back to the original place or turn o the quick-
freezing switch.
6. If freeze the glass-bottled drink, please draw it out timely before its frozen. Or it will be broken.
