FRENCH FRIES
Ingredients
• Potatoes 500 g
• Oil 2 teaspoons
• Salt to taste
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks.
2. Soak the potato sticks in salted water for at least 20 minutes and boil for 2 minutes, then dry
them well.
3. Dress well the potato sticks with oil.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
5. Arrange the potato sticks evenly on the grill inside the basket, insert the basket into the appli-
ance and set the “Fresh Potatoes” program or set the time and temperature according to the
size and quantity of the ingredients. Let them cook until they are golden brown.
6. After the baking is completed, arrange the fries in a bowl, add salt to taste and serve.
TIP: For best results, shake the basket with the chips halfway through cooking.
FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
Ingredients
• Chicken wings 350 g
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Oil 2 teaspoons
• Salt 1 teaspoon
• Pepper 1 teaspoon
1. Preheat the fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
2. Season the wings with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Arrange the chicken wings evenly on the grill inside the basket, insert the basket into the ap-
pliance and set the “Chicken Wings” program or set the time and temperature according to the
size and amount of ingredients until the wings turn golden brown.
4. When cooking is completed, arrange the wings in a bowl and serve.
TIP: For best results, turn the wings halfway through cooking.
