GRILLED SAUSAGES
Ingredients
- Fresh sausages 250 g
1. Preheat the fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
2. Arrange the sausages evenly on the grill inside the basket, insert the basket into the appliance
and set the “Meat” program or set the time and temperature according to the size and quantity
of the ingredients until they are well grilled.
3. When the cooking is finished, arrange the sausages on a tray and serve.
TIP: For best results, turn the sausages in the basket halfway through cooking.
FRIED SHRIMPS
Ingredients
• Fresh shrimps 300 g
• Oil 1 tablespoon
• Semolina flour to taste
• Salt to taste
1. Clean the shrimps, wash and dry them well.
2. Put the shrimps in a bowl and season them with oil and the semolina flour.
3. Preheat the fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
4. Shake the shrimps out of the exceeding flour and arrange them evenly on the grill inside the
basket, place the basket in the appliance and set the program “Shrimps” or set the time and
temperature according to the size and quantity of the ingredients until the shrimps are well
browned.
5. When the cooking is finished, arrange the shrimps in a bowl, add salt and serve.
TIP: For best results, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
