We've sent
CR2032T-4-1
(Lithic
Battery) as
a
substitute
battery for
POLY-6/61
because the battery
now in
use
is
no more available.
Replacement
procedure
is as follows.
For POLY-SIX
I. If
there is
user's program in the unit,
please save it
to tape
to be
sure.
II.
Modification
on
P.C.
Board KLM-367
1)
Remove VARTA
150DK(or
170DK)
Nickel-Cadmium
battery.
2)
Remove R91
100il
.
3)
Mount
a
lithic
battery CR2032T-4-1
on
the parts
mounted side
of the P.C.
Board where the old battery
was. And solder
it.
It's
no matter which land
you choose for
+
terminal.
4)
Solder
a diode (equivalent for 1S1555)
on
where R91 was.
III. After
the
replacement
is finished,
please
load
the data
from the
tape
and
check if
it works
correctly.
Then
turn
*
the
power
on
and
off
repeatedly
10 times
or more
and
make
it "VERIFY"
after
that. It
is
correct
if it
indicates OK.
Ref.
