Backlight
Each time you press the button, the backlight bright-
ness changes as follows.
So  Auto  O  So ...
When the backlight is on,
appears on
the display.
• With the so setting, the backlight is
always dimmed to save battery power.
• With the auto setting, the backlight lights up brightly
when sound is input or when a button is pressed.
When there is no sound input or button operation for
around ten seconds, the backlight automatically dims
to save battery power.
