output_id – format for identifying specific outputs: OUT.SDI.X.VIDEO.1 (X = port/output # as written on
the device panel), for example, OUT.SDI.5.VIDEO.1 (PORT/OUTPUT 5).
flag – 0 (disable video on output), 1 (enable video on output)
