5. Swing: press the “Swing” buon, and the swing indicator will be on.The air control
blades are acvated, which disperse the oulow of air to the le and right. Press the
buon again to stop the oscillaon. The control blades are responsible for direcng the
airow up and down, and must be set manually.
6. Cooler: to acvate the air cooler funcon, please press the “Cooler” buon. The water
pump will take the water from the tank and pour it onto the cooling pad. The cooling
pad absorbs the heat of the water and the evaporated air is blown out by the help of the
fan. The cool breeze blown by the cooler drops the temperature and creates a relaxing
cooling eect.
Cauon: If the water level is low or there is no water in the tank, the cooler indicator will
be ashing and there will be sounding warning beeps when you press the “Cooler” but-
ton. Check the water level, aer adding water, press again the “Cooler” buon to acvate
the “Cooler” funcon. Replace the stale water with fresh water. It is recommended to
replace the water in the tank at least once in a week.
7. Remote control: uses a CR2025 buon cell. Before using, please pull out the card
which is inserted at the boom of the remote control.
OPERATING THE WATER TANK
Check the level of the water in the tank frequently. Be sure that water level is not below
the ‘MIN’ marking which is located on the water tank.
Before relling water, turn your unit to ‘the “O” posion by pressing the switch located
on the back panel and unplug the power cord.
USING THE ICE BOXES
In order to increase the cooling eect of your fan, you can use the ice boxes which are
supplied with the unit. Before using, place them into the freezing compartment of your
refrigerator for a few hours. Then place them into the large secon of the tank and add
water to the ‘MAX’ level. Using the ice boxes will drop the temperature of the air ow
which will create a more eecve cooling eect.
