n Empty the pulp container.
n Replace the cover (a6) by locking in place over the outlet (a5).
6 - GRATING/SLICING (depending on model) (k)
Accessories used:
- Vegetable cutter (k)
FITTING THE ACCESSORY:
n Place a drum (k4) (k5) (k6) (k7) in the drum body (k2). Hook the drum latch (k3) on the body to maintain
the drum in its housing. (Fig. 6a)
n Place the cover (a8) under the multifunction head (a4), and push it to lock it (a click should be heard).
(Fig. 6b)
n Remove the cover (a10) from the outlet (a9). Check that the cover (a6) is locked on the outlet (a5). (Fig.
6b)
n Insert sure that the appliance is turned off. Place the assembled vegetable cutter (k) tilted towards you,
facing the outlet (a9) and engage the vegetable cutter fully.
n Rotate the feed tube to the rear until it locks in place. (Fig. 6c)
n Place a large bowl or the bowl (b1) under the vegetable cutter to collect the ingredients.
TIPS:
Grating: speed 8 to 10
n Use the grater drum (k4) to grate emmental, carrots, etc. finely.
n Use the coarse grater drum (k6) to grate carrots into Julienne strips, courgettes, cooked beetroot, etc.
Slicing: speed 6 to 8
n Use the thin slicer drum (k5) to slice carrots, courgettes, potatoes, etc.
Scraping: speed 10 to 12
n Use the scraper drum (k7) to reduce potatoes, Parmesan, etc. into thin strips.
STARTING:
n Turn the speed control knob (a1) to the desired setting.
n Wait for a few seconds until the appliance reaches the desired speed.
n Insert the vegetables cut into pieces through the feed tube on the container (k2); push them with the
pusher (k1); Never use your fingers, cutlery or any other utensil. (Fig. 6d)
n To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob (a1) to 0.
REMOVING THE ACCESSORIES:
n Wait for the appliance to come to a standstill.
n Rotate the feed tube to the front.
n Release the drum body from the outlet (a9).
n Release the drum latch (k3).
7 - MAKING FRESH PASTA (depending on model) (l) (m) (n)
ACCESSORIES USED:
- Pasta rolling mill (l)
- Pasta dies (m)
- Pasta dryer (n)
FITTING THE ACCESSORIES:
n Place the cover (a8) under the multifunction head (a4), and push it to lock it (a click should be heard).

n Remove the cover (a10) from the outlet (a9).
n Check that the cover (a6) is locked on the outlet (a5). (Fig. 7a)
n Make sure that the appliance is turned off.
n Insert the rolling mill (l) or pasta dies (m2) (m3) (m4) tilted towards you, facing the outlet (a9), and engage
them fully into the outlet (a9). Rotate them a quarter turn to the rear until they lock into place. (Fig. 7b)
