CLEANING
– Take the two blades by the noncutting ends and separate them to remove the rivet
(B) from the slot (fig 7).
– Clean them in hot water with added washing up liquid. You can also clean them in
the dishwasher. Then hook the two blades together again and slide the rivet on one
into the opening on the other (fig.7), with the blade protections (A) on the outside.
Return the blades to their protection case.
– Clean the appliance with a damp cloth and wipe it carefully.
– The appliance must never be put under the tap or soaked in water.
– Store the appliance away in its storage box (according to model).
3. To slice with the special frozen food blades (fig.5)(according to model):
–– Plug in the appliance.
–– Start by activating the safety catch (D) under the handle and by pressing the
“on-off” switch (C) located on the handle.
–– Place the blades on the frozen food (frozen sh and frozen meat) to be cut and
move backwards and forwards to make cutting easier.
4. To remove the blades, UNPLUG the appliance, then press the blade ejection
button (F) while pinching the blades (A) and carefully pull to remove them from the
motor unit (fig.6)
5. When you stop the motor, the light will remain on to indicate that you should
UNPLUG the appliance before removing the blades and before each cleaning
operation.
6. Maximum operating time: 15 min. per hour.
