  If your Krystal Pure Water System's ice maker isn't working, first, ensure the ball valve to the ice line is turned on and the ice maker in your refrigerator is in the 'on' position. If the ice maker line is frozen, thaw it using a hair dryer, ensuring you have a full tank of water before turning the ice maker back on. Also, check for any kinks in the tube leading to the refrigerator and repair them.

  If you're getting very little water from your Krystal Pure Water System faucet, several factors could be at play. First, check the tank pressure; when empty, it should be between 5-12 PSI. Ensure your incoming water pressure is at least 40 PSI; if it's lower, you may need a pump to increase it. If you have a new system or have just changed the filters, remember that it can take 4 to 12 hours to completely fill the tank. Other potential issues include a bad check valve (which would need replacement), a closed tank valve (ensure it's open), a faulty storage tank (replace if necessary, and check air pressure when empty), clogged filters (replace them), or a kinked tube (un-kink or replace if damaged).
