Playing through Bluetooth
• Click Mode (5) until you reach Bluetooth on the LCD display (10)
• The word ‘Pairing’ will show that the classic DAB is in pairing mode
• Activate Bluetooth on your device, and select the speaker name ‘KS Classic DAB’ from the list
of found devices
• If your device asks for a passkey then enter the digits ‘0000’ and press OK
• When pairing is successful the LCD display (10) will say ‘Bluetooth Connected’
When connected via Bluetooth, you can either control the music through your device or use the Classic
DAB. If using the Classic DAB:
• Short press Previous (7) or Next (8) to skip track
• Short press Play / Pause (6) to play or pause a track
Pairing and repairing via Bluetooth
• Once paired, the Classic DAB will automatically try to nd and connect to the last paired device
• To re-enter pairing mode hold down Select (4) and wait for the beep. ‘Bluetooth connected’ with
change to ‘Bluetooth pairing (Flashing)’
Time settings
The Classic DAB will take the time from the DAB or FM station. The time will be shown while in standby
mode by short press Power (13).
Battery settings
While connected through the Micro USB charge cable to mains power, the Classic DAB will remain
constantly charging. The LCD display (10) will show a battery icon in the top right hand corner.
This will show how much charge the radio has.
