      There might be several reasons why you cannot access the KT&C IP Camera from a web browser: * You might have entered incorrect user ID or password. Check if you have entered the correct credentials. Note that the ID and password are case sensitive. * The IP address might have been changed by DHCP. Reconfigure the IP address using the IP Installer. If you require a dynamic IP address via DHCP, enable the DHCP and configure the SMTP Notification (Email) For IP Address Change from the Setup>Basic>Network settings. * There might be other networking problems. Check the network cable by connecting it to another network device, then Ping the device from your computer.

      If your KT&C IP Camera does not turn on, check the following: * If using a DC power supply, ensure the power is connected and functioning correctly. * If using a PoE power supply, verify the Ethernet (CAT 5) cable is properly connected to a PoE compatible power supply unit. Note that some power supply units may not provide power if the total power supply limitation is exceeded. Refer to the Operating Instructions of the PoE power supply unit for maximum power output.
