- Tire Cradle Contact: It is crucial to ensure tire cradles make contact with tires. Each arm requires at least one click of engagement to ensure safe transport, preventing bicycles from becoming loose during travel due to insufficient contact.
- Periodic Bolt Tightness Check: The manual emphasizes checking the tightness of all bolts and screws periodically to ensure the rack remains secure and safe for use.
- Vehicle Receiver and Rack Condition: Before each use, users should ensure that both the rack and the vehicle receiver are in proper working condition.
Safety Warnings and Limitations:

- Weight and Bicycle Limits: Do not exceed the specified bicycle or weight limits for the rack.
- Hitch Extenders: Only use Küat hitch extenders with this product.
- Fenders/Cargo Racks: Do not use bicycle fenders or cargo racks with this product without the Piston™ Fender Kit.
- Off-Road Use: Not approved for off-road use (rough, washed out, boulder-and-rut-strewn backroads). Smooth gravel roads are not considered off-road.
- Covers: Do not use tarps, rain covers, or wind covers with this product.
- RV Use: Not approved for use on RVs.
- Car Washes: Do not take through automatic car washes.

- Warranty: Küat offers a limited lifetime warranty to original owners, covering repair, replacement, or refund for defective parts. The warranty does not cover conditions beyond Küat's control, such as excessive loading, improper assembly/installation, theft, normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic oxidation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications. Any damage to the vehicle or property, or personal injury, is not covered by the warranty.
