Open
the
steering
gear
case
(1), and remove
the
pinion
shaft
(3), sector gear (8) and sector shaft (9).
(When reassembling)
When
installing
the
sector gear (8)
to
the
sector shaft (9), be
sure
to
align
the
alignment
marks (11) on
the
them.
Apply
grease
to
the
position (12)
as
shown
in
the
figure.
Apply
grease
to
the
lipofoil
seal
(13).
