Why is my Kubota RCK72-F36 blades scalping grass?
- NNancy LewisJul 30, 2025
If your Kubota Lawn Mower is scalping grass, it might be due to several reasons: The cutting height could be too low, the turning speed might be too fast, the terrain could have ridges or be rough and uneven, the gauge wheels might not be adjusted correctly, or the blade(s) could be bent. To address this, try raising the cutting height, reduce speed on turns, change mowing pattern, adjust the gauge wheels and antiscalp rollers, or replace the blade(s).
