This document is a workshop manual for Kubota B6200HST and B7200HST tractors, covering models B6200HST (2WD and 4WD) and B7200HST (2WD and 4WD). It provides detailed information on the tractor's mechanism, servicing, and general maintenance.
General Features:
The manual highlights several key features of the tractor. The engine cylinder displacement is increased to augment its output. The hydraulic pump delivery is increased by 25% (compared with B6100HST) to take care of front loader and other implements. The fuel tank capacity is increased to permit longer hours of continuous operation, with the tank being metallic, tough, and durable. A fuel gauge constantly reminds the user of the remaining amount of fuel. The seat is newly styled and engineered for greater comfort, and the operator's area is enlarged for less-tiring posture. A spring-suspended seat absorbs shock from the ground to reduce fatigue. The seat can be easily shifted back and forth so the user can select the most comfortable position. The fender edge is rolled back to prevent injury during tire replacement. The positive control for the hydraulic unit greatly improves maneuverability, a feature available for B6200HST 4WD and B7200HST 4WD. A rear hydraulic outlet is provided under the operator's seat, and with an outlet valve (optional), implement operations are greatly assisted. The hydraulic block type outlet for the front loader is provided at the right side of the tractor. The wheelbase is lengthened to receive the 60-inch mid-mounting mower for greater mowing capability. A bevel gear type front axle is adopted, and engine output is transmitted to the front wheels for powerful, smooth driving action. This feature is available for B7200HST 4WD only. The side and front of the tractor, near the engine, are each fitted with a safety cover. This safety feature prevents burns and other accidents caused by touching the rotating or hot parts of the engine. Optional ROPS is recommended for added safety and can be attached at any time.

Transmission Mechanism:
The tractor features a hydrostatic transmission (HST) and a mechanical transmission. The HST consists of a variable displacement piston pump and a fixed displacement piston motor, charge pump, and valve system. The mechanical transmission includes high-low gear shift, front wheel drive (4WD type only), and PTO shift sections. A one-way clutch cam section is also present.
Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic system includes an oil cooler (radiator type) located in front of the engine radiator. Hydrostatic transmission produces heat, which is dissipated by the oil cooler.
Electrical System:
The electrical system includes a wiring diagram and electrical circuit.
