Meat Lovers Pizza
Ingredients
Casa Barelli pizza base
2 tsp olive oil
100g beef mince
½ cup bbq sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1 stick cabanossi, sliced
1 onion, sliced
½ cup parsley
Method
1. Pre-heat your Pizza Oven at 150°C for at least 5 minutes (either with the pizza stone or pizza
pan in the oven).
2. Heat olive oil in a small fry pan on high heat.
3. Place beef mince in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes, breaking up the lumps with the back of a
spoon as it cooks.
4. Spread bbq sauce evenly on the pizza base.
5. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the pizza base and evenly top with cabanossi and
beef mince.
6. Top with chopped tomatoes, onions and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese.
7. Transfer the pizza onto the pan/stone. Then select the desired heating element setting,
temperature, time and your Pizza Oven will do the rest.
8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
