What to do if there is a power failure and can I still use the Kucht KRG3618U Ranges cooktop burners?
    • J
      jill24Aug 27, 2025
Yes, you can still use the cooktop burners on your Kucht Ranges during a power failure. Here’s how to light them: 1. Holding a lighted match to the flame spreader, push in on the control knob and turn it counterclockwise to LITE. 2. Once the flame is burning all the way around the burner, adjust the heat as needed. Important: If the flame goes out during the power failure, immediately turn the knob to OFF. The burner won't automatically relight, and gas may escape.

      Ashley RiveraAug 27, 2025
If the burner flame on your Kucht Ranges goes out when set to low, it could be due to low gas supply pressure or obstructed air intake holes around the knobs. Contact your gas company to check the gas supply pressure. Also, remove any obstructions around the air intake holes.

    • C

If your oven isn't heating, it could be due to no power or gas supply. Check the circuit breaker and for power outages in your area. If there's a power outage, you can't use the oven until power is restored. Contact your local gas supplier to check gas supply.

What to do if the flames have suddenly gone out on my Kucht KRG3618U?
    • E
      Evelyn Cox DDSSep 4, 2025
If the flames on your Kucht Ranges suddenly go out, it might be because a draft or spill extinguished them. No action is typically needed, as the burner will detect this and automatically relight. However, if there was a large spill, it's recommended to turn the burners off and clean the burners and sump area. See ‘Care and cleaning’ for instructions.
