(3)1/4”-20 X 1-5/8” (2) #6-32 X 3/8” (2) #6 Washers—NOT USED
1 Dual Velocity Ring in Bag Inside Hypercharger Assembly
1 K&N Air Filter
1 Hardware Kit including:
1 Hose Fitting
1 Rubber Hose
3 1/4”-20 x 5/8” Socket Head Cap Screws
1 Gasket with Adhesive
2 Gaskets w/o Adhesive
1 Installation Instructions
YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Set of Hex Wrenches, Socket Set with Ratchet
These installation instructions contain important information. Ensure that the end user receives this copy and is
aware of its importance for future use.
Avoid damage to the motorcycle. Protect painted surfaces with a soft cloth or blanket.
Ensure proper clearance between the Hypercharger and the fuel tank BEFORE operating the motorcycle.

ACCIDENTAL VEHICLE START-UP COULD CAUSE DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY, REMOVE THE MAIN
FUSE BEFORE PROCEEDING.
INSTALLATION MAY REQUIRE CONTACT WITH THE ENGINE AND EXHAUST SYSTEM; ENSURE THAT
IT HAS FULLY COOLED BEFORE BEGINNING TO PREVENT INJURY.
FUEL VAPORS ARE VERY FLAMMABLE! PERFORM THIS INSTALLATION IN A WELL VENTILATED AR-
EA AWAY FROM SPARKS AND OPEN FLAMES. FUEL VAPORS MAY IGNITE CAUSING AN EXPLOSION
THAT CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
This is a complete air cleaner kit (CV bolt pattern) that can be used with adapters, brackets or mounting kits to
cover applications for which we do not offer a complete kit.
This Hypercharger can be used in a variety of air cleaner applications using a proper mounting bracket (available at
www.küryakyn.com) and vacuum source .

Installation Steps

Step 1: Preparation

Read instructions, park motorcycle, turn IGN OFF, allow cooling, remove main fuse.

Step 2: Back Plate Attachment

Insert screws into back plate, align and press gasket onto the backside.

Step 3: Dual Velocity Ring

Align and press the black plastic Dual Velocity ring into the vent hole on the back plate.

Step 4: Air Filter Alignment

Align the K&N air filter with the raised lip on the back plate.

Step 5: Front Cover Securing

Align front cover, loosely secure with fasteners, then tighten #6-32 fasteners securely.

Step 6: Vacuum Hose Connection

Attach the vacuum hose to the vacuum pod fitting on the back of the Hypercharger.

Step 7: Final Checks

Double-check fasteners, re-install fuse, check hose clearance, and throttle operation.
